Your work and effort effectively captured the intent of the logo which is to convey the message of the importance of the contributions of the Safety, Reliability and Quality Assurance (SR&QA) office that
enable safe space transportation.

The risk Office is very pleased and proud of having a graphic representation that symbolizes its role and responsibilities within the Constellation Program.
